Rahi, a IT solutions provider, announced plans to grow its team by 50 percent by adding nearly 500 new employees by end of 2022 across markets.
Rahi has an employee base of more than 1000.
Rahi has hired Rohit Sighal as Chief Business Officer, Devendra Ostawal as Chief Finance Officer and Ramesh Yadav as Director of E-Commerce, for the Indian market.
“We plan to accelerate our hiring by building more capability in-house. We are excited for this next phase of growth at Rahi as we continue to scale our offerings across the world,” Sushil Goyal, Co-Founder and COO, Rahi, said in a news statement.
Rahi said it has not reduced salaries for its employees across all levels, during the Covid pandemic and ensured growth and appraisals.
