Polycom to reward channel partners based on their investments

Polycom today announced its new global channel partner program for its collaboration solutions and services.

Polycom says its new channel program more directly links the partners’ investments in selling and servicing its solutions to the recognition and rewards.

The channel partner program, which was drafted after a partner event, will assist partners to build their business with Polycom. There will be four program levels including Authorized, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Polycom partners, who invest in advanced technical training, skilled specialists, and align business development efforts, will benefit from the new program.

The Polycom partner program rewards partners who develop adjacent technologies and advanced services through Polycom services and practice specializations.

Polycom will have new minimum volume thresholds across all program levels to provide investment protection for top performing partners. Joint business planning and new program benchmarks, such as in-house certified presale or technical experts, will support tighter alignment in the field and accelerate sales cycles.
