Innovation Partner of the Year: Arrow Systems Integration
Arrow Systems Integration, a unified communications company, used its expertise with Avaya solutions to create Connect SDKs for Avaya Breeze. The US-based company launched a Quick-Start IoT Developer Toolkit that provides the resources to implement a proof of concept communications workflow, allowing new workflows to go from concept to reality in minutes.
Midmarket Partner of the Year: Carousel Industries of North America
Carousel assists helps IT and business leaders drive innovation via integrated solutions. Carousel achieved outstanding sales of Avaya Midmarket solutions over the past year. Their sales staff of more than 250 field and 40 inside sales associates hold over 100 midmarket certifications. Carousel’s midmarket success is due to its vertical expertise, loyal customer base, growth-focused salesforce, and deeply-rooted strategic relationship with Avaya.
Cloud Partner of the Year: AT&T
AT&T has signed three US-based clients and built 50+ opportunities within the first year of launching Avaya Cloud Communications and Contact Center Service (ACCS-E). AT&T’s offer roadmap for FY18 includes expansion globally, inclusion of Breeze and Oceana, and a launch of Powered by Avaya IP Office for mid-market.
Service Partner of the Year: ConvergeOne
ConvergeOne delivered incredible results in 2017 that include best-in-class retail, wholesale, co-delivery on-time renewal rate, and upgrades sold with retail maintenance. The company also had outstanding success positioning Avaya solutions to its customers through upgrades and greenfield opportunities that resulted in the overall growth of its maintenance base.
Overall Partner of the Year: Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions
Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions carries a three-decade-long tradition as an outstanding Avaya partner. Focused on Enterprise and Upper-Midmarket, the company serves a wide range of customer verticals across the entire Avaya solution portfolio. CBTS grew its Avaya business with product increases of 55 percent and services growth of 5 percent. The company also increased its CSAT scores by 6 percent year over year.

Avaya said its annual conference was attended by 3,000 channel partners and customers.

The company, which has gone through a restructuring exercise to come out of financial issues, has signed more than 4,000 new customers during fiscal year 2017.
