Avaya launched Midmarket Select Program, a new program for a limited number of Avaya Connect channel partners.
With the program, Avaya members will be able to offer Select Engagement Packages — a new set of business communications packages tailored to this market segment.
The company said more than a dozen channel partners have already signed up in the U.S., Canada and Europe.
“To stay competitive, midsize businesses need the functionality of enterprise-class communications, but built to accommodate the budget and resource requirements of the midmarket,” said Steve Biondi, vice president of Global Partner Organization, Avaya.
Avaya said it will provide increased sales and marketing resources, including training and demand generation support, to its Midmarket Select Program partners to achieve their growth targets.
Further, the Connect channel partners also can deploy Avaya IP Office Platform as a subscription-based cloud service to their customers, with identical platform capabilities across private, public or hybrid cloud deployment options.
