WNS (Holdings), a provider of Business Process Management (BPM) services, announced its IT outsourcing deal with Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD).
WNS will begin the relationship by managing back office operations for CBD’s Trade Finance and Credit processes. WNS will utilize its delivery capabilities to enable CBD to achieve better cost efficiencies, operational excellence and improved customer satisfaction.
