IT services provider Wipro will invest $9.9 million in Harte Hanks, a U.S.-based marketing services company, as part of its strategy to offer end-to-end marketing technology services to customers.
India-based Wipro did not disclose the size of the equity stake in Harte Hanks and client details.
Harte Hanks, one of the partners of Wipro, is specializing in omni-channel marketing solutions including consulting, strategic assessment, data, analytics, digital, social, mobile, print, direct mail and contact center.
Wipro and Harte Hanks are jointly marketing Opera Solutions’ Signal Hub platform, a big data analytics and machine learning platform to deliver contextually relevant and personalized customer experience.
Wipro aims to combine its cognitive & analytical capabilities and process automation with Harte Hanks’ agency expertise, MarTech capabilities, Customer Insights and Customer Experience offerings, to offer better value to clients.
