UST, a digital transformation solutions provider, announced a major expansion in India, revealing plans to add over 3,000 new jobs at its upcoming Kochi campus over the next five years.

The company, which currently employs more than 2,800 people at Infopark Kochi, aims to reach a workforce of 6,000 in the region by 2027, coinciding with the inauguration of its new campus. UST did not reveal its investment plans in India.
The foundation stone for the new campus, set to rise on a sprawling 9-acre plot in Infopark Kochi Phase 2, was laid by UST’s Chief Executive Officer, Krishna Sudheendra, along with several other key company executives. This new facility, expected to be completed in three years, will span over 600,000 square feet, feature 10 floors, and offer seating for 4,400 employees.
This Kochi campus will be UST’s second self-owned campus in India, following its Thiruvananthapuram location. The expansion aims to not only bolster UST’s regional presence but also enhance its ability to serve clients across sectors including healthcare, retail, telecom, and financial services.
CEO Krishna Sudheendra emphasized the significance of the new campus in strengthening UST’s position in Kochi as a hub for innovation.
Alexander Varghese, Chief Operating Officer, added that the company’s growth in the city had been steady since launching operations in 2007, with the strategic location and improving infrastructure helping to attract talent and clients alike.
Infopark Kochi’s CEO, Susanth Kurunthil, praised UST for its commitment to expanding its presence in Kerala’s industrial hub, highlighting Kochi’s growing reputation as a center for IT innovation. UST had begun pre-construction work on the campus before the pandemic, and the project is now firmly on track for completion.
UST has presence in several cities, including Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Delhi NCR, and Kochi.
