Infotech Lead Asia: TelStrat, a supplier of contact center solutions and business call recording products, has signed distribution agreement with Ingram Micro Asia.
TelStrat is expected to contact center solutions biz in Asia.
The distribution agreement enables Ingram Micro channel partners in Singapore, The Philippines, and Vietnam to sell and distribute TelStrat’s call recording and workforce optimization (WFO) solution portfolio.
Moreover, the distribution pact will help Ingram Micro channel partners provide bundled call recording and WFO solutions with Cisco sales proposals. TelStrat said it will work with Ingram Micro to promote VAR sales, supply pre-sale and post-sale technical support services, and provide solution training for Engage products.
