Tech Mahindra is set to acquire Canada-based Objectwise Consulting Group for 2.75 million Canadian dollars or about Rs 14.33 crore in cash.
Tech Mahindra said in a BSE filing that Objectwise would bring with it strong capabilities in implementation and support of Pega software.
Objectwise’s revenue for the financial year ended September 30, 2018 stood at CAD 13.6 million. It was incorporated in August 1996.
Meanwhile, Hexaware Technologies announced the acquisition of US-based digital technology firm Mobiquity for $182 million.
Hexaware has laid out a capital investment of over $250 million for acquisitions over a 2-3 year period.
Mobiquity adds to Hexaware’s global delivery footprint with its centres in Florida, Boston, Philadelphia, New York, Amsterdam, Pune and Ahmedabad.
