TCS signs new IT contract with Shure

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has set up a Development Center to build cross-platform and mobile enabled software for audio technology and solutions of Shure, one of the  existing customers of TCS.

TCS is already supporting Shure for the assurance and system integration testing of some of Shure’s new products. As per the new contract, Shure will have the capability to leverage TCS’ Innovation Labs and expertise in digital technologies including IoT and Cyber Security to create differentiated audio products and solutions.

“The Establishment of a dedicated Global Development Center and Innovation labs will bring together talent, tools and frameworks, enabling Shure to adapt their current offerings and launch new products harnessing the potential of new transformational digital technologies,” said V Rajanna, global head, Technology Business Unit, TCS.

TCS has provided Shure the agility and scale for software solutions for over five years and will help continued innovation into the future.

“Our expanded collaboration with TCS will allow us to complement our core team and create innovative new product offerings more efficiently by leveraging TCS Innovation Labs to better serve our global customers,” said Shure CTO Avi Vaidya.
