IT services provider Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced its digital deal with Element Financial Corporation to improve its fleet management technology platform and user experience.
Element, a fleet management company in North America, aims to transform customers’ interaction with fleet management technology, enhance service quality and customer experience, provide agility and efficiency, and improve the satisfaction of employee users.
As per the IT deal, TCS will enable Element to modernize its legacy infrastructure into a new generation of digital platforms.
TCS, one of the leading software firms in India, will employ a user experience-centric design approach, providing fleet managers and drivers with critical information about their vehicles using mobile, web and tablet devices, and data-based intelligent decisions to optimize their resources using advanced analytics.
“We’re harnessing technology to make our clients, their fleet assets and drivers more productive,” said Kristi Webb, president and CEO for Element’s North American fleet management business.
Anupam Singhal, vice president, TCS, said: “TCS will leverage its Digital Reimagination experience and global assets to accelerate discovery and delivery of new digital solutions for Element.”
