IT outsourcing company Synechron has appointed Microsoft veteran Vimal Sethi as the managing director for the MENA region.
Based in Synechron’s regional headquarters in Dubai, UAE, Vimal will be responsible for driving expansion plans across the MENA region. He will also be focusing on building relations with key enterprise businesses from the private and public sectors, existing customers and partners in the region.
Sethi brings over 20 years of experience in technology, IT/software and consulting across the Middle East, US and Europe.
He joins Synechron from Infusion Development Middle East, where he worked as the vice president & general manager.
Prior to that, he also served nine years with Microsoft in a number of key roles at Corporate HQ in Seattle, EMEA HQ in Europe and most recently with Microsoft Gulf as Developer & Platform Group Lead, where he was responsible for technology marketing, adoption and satisfaction amongst the technical community in Gulf.
