IT services provider Mphasis, a part of HP, announced that financial services firm SWBC has selected Mphasis to deliver offshore Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services.
SWBC relies on Mphasis for managing complex data validation processes for the company’s Lender Placed Insurance business.
Mark Ulmer, executive vice president of Lender Placed Insurance Operations at SWBC, said: “In the first few months, we have shortened our cycle time from what was two-to-three days to one day, and we are seeing consistent improvement in our overall accuracy month over month.”
