Sutherland opens BPO facility in Brazil

BPO major Sutherland Global Services has opened its 1,518-square-meter facility near Itajai, Brazil.

Sutherland did not reveal its investment for the BPO center in Brazil.

The new site located at Rua Gil Stein Ferreira, 258 Centro de Itajaí, CEP 88301-210, Santa Catarina, Brazil is currently home to approximately 75 Sutherland employees. The BPO center has the capacity to expand to 400 employees.

“This new center is increasing the capacity of our iBPO network to deliver integrated end-to-end BPO services to our global and regional clients,” said Felix Massun, Senior Vice President of Business Development for Sutherland Latin America.
