Software AG drives 6 month development cycle for Digital Business Platform and is a service-oriented, event-driven and API enabled development environment with many high-level, out-of-the-box application services. The platform is cloud and mobile enabled which supports development of micro services.
The company has improved the five core components of the Digital Business Platform including ARIS and Alfabet, Terracotta, webMethods, webMethods AgileApps and Apama.
Company officials said the latest Alfabet enables more efficient planning and management of the enterprise landscape with new reporting capabilities.
And organization can transform to a customer centric digital business by improving their customer journeys and customer touch points with the latest ARIS.
Meanwhile, Terracotta’s latest version offers support for WAN Replication Service and also extends support to Java 8 and RedHat EL7.
Also, the new release 9.8 enhances and expands Software AG’s cloud offerings, improves developer productivity and empowers business users’ productivity
Apama Streaming Analytics helps companies to manage fast Big Data and the increasing impact of the Internet of Things.
Additionally, Adabas & Natural have been extended to provide comprehensive integration capabilities with the Digital Business Platform.

Last month, Software AG launched Apama Market Surveillance solution which includes simplified administration of highly localized surveillance that is surveillance by business line, by department, by geography.
