Sitel to expand in Las Vegas and New Mexico

Customer care provider Sitel is hiring 400 permanent positions in its customer service center in Las Vegas, Nevada and another 120 resources in New Mexico.

Globally, Sitel has 58,000 employees who support clients with CRM contact center services that provide predictable and measurable return on their customer investment by building customer loyalty, increasing sales and improving efficiency.

Support operations span from home based agents to 110+ domestic, nearshore and offshore centers in 23 countries across North America, South America, Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific.

Sitel is also hiring 120 new positions, eight new supervisors, four Trainers and one Operations Manager for its customer care call center in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The new hires will support expanding volume with Sitel’s home entertainment and food service customers, including overnight support. Newly hired Albuquerque associates will provide inbound customer care support.
