Sitel reports marginal growth in 2013 revenue

Sitel World Corp on Friday said its revenue for 2013 rose 0.6 percent to $1,438 million.

During the fourth quarter of 2013, Sitel, providers of customer care outsourcing services, said its revenue rose 0.2 percent to $371 million.

Sitel did not share net income details.

The Nashville, Tenn.-based contact center provider said its consolidated Adjusted EBITDA was $34.1 million and $130.1 million for the quarter and year, respectively.

An increase in 2013 Adjusted EBITDA of 3.9 percent as compared to the prior year was primarily driven by SG&A cost saving initiatives.

“Our value-adding solutions including premium tech support, Sitel intelligence desktop, Sitel Social Engagement and Sitel Work@Home Solutions continued to expand during the quarter, and our focus on building strong client relationships and operational performance is paying off, with $101.9 million of revenue from new business being recognized during 2013,” said Bert Quintana, president and chief executive officer, Sitel World Corp.
