Sitel, a contact center provider, will be adding more than 100 new employees in Las Vegas and 125 in Oak Ridge.
At the Las Vegas contact center, the new round of hiring will include both entry-level and upper management positions, said Sitel.
The new resources will provide inbound customer-care support for a gaming company, a fitness organization and a satellite TV provider. All new hires will begin employment within the next 60 days.
