ServiceNow opens new development centre in Hyderabad

ServiceNow announced the opening of its new development centre in Hyderabad, India. It will be the company’s largest research and development centre in Asia and its second largest globally.
ServiceNow development center IndiaJayesh Ranjan, principal secretary of the Industries & Commerce (I&C) and IT for the Government of Telangana; CJ Desai, chief product officer of ServiceNow and Rao Surapaneni, vice president of Engineering & head of India Product Operations, ServiceNow, inaugurated the India Development Centre.

The new India Development Centre will focus on making advancements in Artificial Intelligence and building mobile experiences to help people work better in the future.

ServiceNow said the India Development Centre will house teams across functions, including product engineering, application development, product operations and management, service engineering and customer support.
