Onsitego Acquires Qdigi Services from Quess Corp to Strengthen Device-Care Business

Onsitego, renowned as India’s top device-care provider, has announced its acquisition of Qdigi Services from Quess Corp, a business services provider (BPO) in India. The Rs 80 crore cash-deal marks a significant move in the business of device protection and customer service enhancement.
QuessjobQdigi Services specializes in installation, repair, and maintenance services for leading OEMs such as Samsung, Apple, OnePlus, Xiaomi, and major online retailers like Amazon. With approximately 1400 employees and operating around 100 company-owned and over 200 franchise service centers, Qdigi has established a robust presence in the market.

The strategic alignment between Qdigi’s capabilities and Onsitego’s device protection business is evident. As part of the deal, Onsitego will absorb the entire team and business operations of Qdigi, with a total cash consideration of INR 80 crore, subject to customary closing adjustments. Additionally, Quess Corp will secure a minority stake in Onsitego. The transaction is anticipated to be finalized over the next 2-3 months.

“Onsitego has distinguished itself in the protection plan business through superior customer service and a robust service network. The integration of Qdigi will enhance our service capabilities and offerings,” Kunal Mahipal, Founder & CEO of Onsitego, said.

“The consolidation aligns with our corporate structure simplification strategy,” Guruprasad Srinivasan, ED & CEO of Quess Corp, said.
