NIIT Technologies is building an IT infrastructure for Siam City Cement (SCCC), a leading cement manufacturer in Thailand, under a technology outsourcing contract.
NIIT Technologies has designed, delivered and is operating its private and public cloud infrastructure supporting the digital transformation for SCCC.
SCCC’s digital journey driven by INSEE Digital, its IT subsidiary started with INSEE Smart program. The program focused on deploying SAP S4 HANA hybrid cloud IT infrastructure – The INSEE DIGITAL Cloud Data Centre. The cloud IT infrastructure delivered in 6 months enabled SCCC to adopt new business models, and deploy other digital technologies.
Backed by this hybrid cloud infrastructure, SCCC integrated newly acquired subsidiary in Bangladesh, and currently integrating Sri Lanka and Vietnam in a cost-effective manner.

IT infrastructure is acting as the backbone infrastructure for digital initiative at SCCC. The company will leverage IoT in fleet and fuel management and is in discussion with NIIT Technologies on the feasibility to deploy robotic IT operations.
