IT services company Mphasis announced its new master services agreement (MSA) with The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) to provide application management services.
Mphasis, an HP company, will manage the performance and quality of critical applications at the corporate and institutional banking divisions of RBS.
“We were looking for a service provider with deep roots in the banking industry to help us manage and transform our applications portfolio and in turn help us serve our customers better,” said Trish Arksey, head of Transaction Services Technology at The Royal Bank of Scotland.
