IT services provider Mindtree announced its deal with Molnlycke Health Care, a provider of surgical and wound care solutions, to enhance business efficiency using the SAP application suite.
The IT outsourcing deal will help Molnlycke Health Care to optimize the time to market of its products.
As part of the IT deal, Mindtree will help in strategic transformational programs for Molnlycke by deploying lean IT practices to improve efficiencies, resulting in cost effective delivery on a single service management platform.
The program covers 32 countries and 7,500 employees of Molnlycke, creating a uniform IT governance structure resulting in enhanced visibility across all departments, said Mindtree.
Mindtree will develop and manage SAP modules ranging from planning and optimization, material management, sales, distribution to finance. Mindtree will focus on standardizing workflows and streamlining operational processes, leading to innovation and cost effective delivery.
