Kiran Bhagwanani to lead NTT India, Sharad Sanghi to head Netmagic

NTT said Kiran Bhagwanani will lead its business in India responsible for objectives of NTT and its clients.

NTT Ltd, a $11 billion company, is the united entity of Dimension Data, Netmagic Solutions, NTT Security, NTT Communications and Arkadin.

Netmagic Solutions, a subsidiary of NTT Communications, will become a part of the Global Data Center Services business owned by NTT. Sharad Sanghi will lead Netmagic Solutions as the CEO in India. Sharad Sanghi reports to Masaaki Moribayashi, senior executive vice president, ICT Infrastructure Services.

NTT, which became operational on 1 July 2019 with 40,000 people, will partner over 10,000 clients across financial services, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, energy & utilities, manufacturing, automotive and technology sectors.

“We have contributed to building Digital India through deployment and management of IT assets for some of the largest banks and financial institutions, manufacturing conglomerates, telecom service providers and the services sector,” Kiran Bhagwanani, CEO of NTT India, said in a statement.

NTT India’s business has grown at 18 percent CAGR over the past 8 years, while meeting its profit goals for 28 consecutive quarters. NTT India caters to over 2,500 clients and employs over 6,500 people across the country. NTT Ltd said it is the 11th largest ICT provider in the world.

“Our clients will also gain with NTT Group’s research and innovation capabilities for which the annual average investment for the next five years is $3.6 billion,” Kiran Bhagwanani said.
