iQor expands service network to 114 cities in 23 states in India

iQor, a provider of customer interaction solutions and product support services, has expanded its service delivery network to 114 cities in 23 states in India — as part of investing $200 million.

Since November 2015, the company has expanded its presence from 82 cities in 17 states to 114 cities in 23 states. The company has 120 company owned and operated premium customer walk-in centers and field support services.

The India office of iQor has hired over 1,000 professionals since November. Globally, iQor provides customer interaction and product support services in 18 countries with 32,000 employees.

iQor plans to extend its network to 200 cities in all 29 states by end of June 2016. It is investing in delivering an Integrated Service Model that will enable clients provide services while reducing their cost. iQor supports telecom, mobility, and technology brands and has expanded into lighting and consumer durable segments.
