HCL Technologies revenue up 13% to $1.49 bn, Q2 income up 27%

HCL Technologies today said its Q2 fiscal 2015 revenue grew 13 percent to $1,491 million, while net income rose 27 percent to $308 million.

HCL Technologies said its $50 million clients increased by 1, $40 million clients rose by 2, $20 million clients grew by 2, $5 million clients enhanced by 12 and $1 million clients up by 22.

HCL Technologies has a total Headcount of 100,240. Net addition was 4,718 during the second quarter.

“Our continued focus in developing next generation propositions around Digitalization, Engineering Platform Services and Target Operating Model for Enterprise IT have allowed us to stay ahead of the innovation curve and gain significant market share in the Global IT services market,” said Anant Gupta, president & CEO, HCL Technologies.

HCL Technologies revenue from Americas, Europe and ROW grew 6 percent, 7.2 percent and 4.3 percent respectively.
