HCL Technologies buys Sankalp Semiconductor

HCL Technologies has acquired Sankalp Semiconductor, a design services provider offering digital and mixed-signal SoC services and solutions in the semiconductor space.
HCL Technologies for enterprisesSankalp, which provides solutions in the automotive, consumer, IoT, medical electronics, networking and wireless domains, will operate as a 100 percent subsidiary of HCL Technologies. Samir Patel is the CEO of Sankalp Semiconductor.

“Sankalp will complement our strong semiconductor offerings and help offer a range of services to our customers in the analog and mixed-signal space,” GH Rao, president  – Engineering and R&D Services, HCL Technologies, said.
