EXL revenues up 24% to $163.5 million in Q3

EXL Service Holdings said its revenues rose 24 percent to $163.5 million in the third quarter ended September 30, 2015.

The company generated $114 million (+13 percent) from Operations Management and $49.5 million (+58 percent) from Analytics & Business Transformation business.

“EXL achieved strong third quarter results due to broad-based growth across both our business segments delivering 24 percent revenue growth year-over-year,” said Rohit Kapoor, vice chairman and CEO of Exl Service Holdings.

EXL is raising its revenue guidance for the fourth quarter of 2015 to $623 million – $626 million from $610 million – $625 million, representing an annual growth of 19 percent.

Net income of EXL for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 increased to $15.2 million compared to $6.1 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 and $12.1 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.

EXL has won 4 new clients in Operations Management and 5 new clients in Analytics & Business Transformation.

The company has expanded manpower to 23,715 from 22,684 as of June 30, 2015 and 23,050 as of September 30, 2014. The employee attrition was 34.5 percent against 34.9 percent in June quarter of 2015.
