DXC names Accenture veteran Mary Finch as HR chief

DXC Technology announced the appointment of Accenture veteran Mary E Finch as chief human resources officer (CHRO).
Mary E. Finch, Chief Human Resources Officer, DXC TechnologyMary Finch will be reporting to DXC president and CEO Mike Salvino. Mary Finch is the first senior leader hired since Mike Salvino was named to his role in mid-September.

Mary Finch will lead all aspects of DXC Human Resources and employee engagement globally.

Her responsibilities will include talent development and training; employee retention and recruitment; policy, benefits and compensation; workforce development and organization effectiveness; staffing and training; and global inclusion and diversity. Mary Finch also becomes a member of DXC’s senior leadership team.

Mary Finch joins DXC Technology from AECOM, where she served as CHRO since 2015, with responsibility for all aspects of the company’s global human resources organization. She transformed the company’s human resources practice by implementing a global talent strategy and new performance and productivity tools.

Prior to AECOM, Mary Finch served as senior managing director and chief operations officer for Global Human Resources at Accenture driving global delivery of HR services, managing operations supporting approximately 320,000 employees across 56 countries and Accenture businesses.
