DXC Technology announced the acquisition of Bluleader, a consulting company focused on delivering Customer Experience (CX) solutions.
Bluleader has a team of 80 CX specialists. It has over 40 clients across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
Marco Formaggio is the founder of Bluleader. Robin Apfel is the managing director of Bluleader. Bluleader’s clients include Lion, Transport for New South Wales, Metcash, Rheem, Ausgrid, Fisher and Paykel Healthcare and Woolworths.
Bluleader was recently awarded SAP 2019 CX Partner of the Year ANZ and 2019 CX Partner of the Year APJ.
The addition of Bluleader will strengthen DXC’s SAP practice, DXC Oxygen, and provide clients with integrated solutions across the entire SAP Customer Experience portfolio.
