CSC
IT services provider CSC has signed a $600 million IT outsourcing agreement with defense and security company BAE Systems.

Under the new IT deal, which extends the current relationship to November 2021, CSC will deliver IT services, including contact center, collaborative services, end user compute, mainframe, physical / virtual servers, storage and networking, project services and application maintenance and support.

CSC will be providing IT services to BAE Systems in the UK and Saudi Arabia.

“This new agreement demonstrates the highly successful business partnership we have developed with CSC and the collaborative approach that led to signing this new contract,” said Allan Leggetter, IT director, BAE Systems.

CSC’s relationship with BAE Systems began in April 1994 when they signed a 10-year IT outsourcing contract in the UK. The relationship between CSC and BAE Systems has strengthened, supporting BAE Systems multiple mergers and acquisitions in both the UK and home countries.
