CSC has initiated talks to acquire UXC, an IT services company in Australia, for $300 million.
The deal is subject to several conditions including completion of a 5-week due diligence process, negotiation of a Scheme of Implementation Agreement and respective board approvals, along with customary regulatory and court approvals in Australia, said CSC.
UXC posted annual revenues of A$686 million or $480 million in fiscal 2015. The public company has 3,000 employees.
