Convergys revenue rose 3 percent to $504 million in the second quarter of 2013.
Adjusted operating income rose 12 percent to $39 million.
Adjusted EBITDA increased 6 percent to $61 million from $58 million in the prior year.

Last quarter, the BPO major acquired Datacom’s Asia contact center operations for approximately $20 million.
Adjusted net income from continuing operations increased to $27 million from $23 million
Convergys expects revenue growth and profit improvement in 2013. It says revenue will exceed $2,055 million, while adjusted EBITDA will exceed $248 million
The full-year guidance includes the impact of restructuring charges in the third quarter of approximately $5 million related to the company’s efforts to simplify the business and reduce costs.
