Contact center firm Ameyo to hire 200 employees

Ameyo, a contact center technology and customer experience provider, will be hiring nearly 200 employees to expand the team from 300.

The Gurgaon, Delhi-NCR based company will be adding employees at different levels, largely in departments such as research and development, enterprise sales and marketing to meet the customer demand and strengthen the company.

The contact center company’s main focus of hiring will be to add new employees for its headquarters in Gurgaon. It will be adding resources in Mumbai, Bangalore, Philippines and USA as well.

Ameyo serves over 1,500 customers in over 40 countries including enterprise customers such as Ola Cabs, Jabong, Bankbazaar, Tiny Owl, Mphasis, WNS, Jordan Ahli Bank, Chase Bank, etc. Its top clients are in industry verticals such as consumer tech, e-commerce, BFSI and more.

Ameyo, which supplies contact center software for customer interaction management, has seven branches across India.

The Ameyo Customer Experience Platform powers optimal customer journeys consistently across all touchpoints, channels, and interactions to nurture customer retention and advocacy.

“Out of these 200 vacancies, we look forward to accommodate 20 percent in senior management, 50 percent in mid-level and the remaining for other departments,” said Bishal Lachhiramkha, CEO of Ameyo.
