Capgemini announced the acquisition of Chappuis Halder & Cie, a strategy and management consulting firm for the financial services industry with 150 employees.

The acquisition of Chappuis Halder, headquartered in Luxembourg, will strengthen Capgemini’s capabilities to advise banking, wealth management and insurance clients in North America, Europe and South-East Asia.

Chappuis Halder has offices in North America (New York and Montreal), Europe (Paris and Geneva) and South-East Asia (Singapore and Hong Kong).
