Capgemini acquires oinio to boost digital business

IT services provider Capgemini today announced the acquisition of oinio, a Salesforce partner in Europe – to boost its digital business.

Capgemini says the strategy behind the acquisition of Munich-based oinio is to enhance capabilities in providing digital transformation services around the Salesforce solutions and platform across Europe and Asia.

A Salesforce Platinum Cloud Alliance partner, oinio has more than 600 projects for a portfolio of international clients in life sciences, manufacturing, financial services, high tech and utilities. The company employs over 100 people in Germany and China.

Capgemini has 180,000 people in over 40 countries. The consulting, technology and outsourcing services company reported 2014 global revenues of EUR 10.573 billion.
