Capco, a global management and technology consultancy, announced the appointment of Neelam Sharma as head of Human Resources for its India operations.
Neelam Sharma is responsible for HR strategy, organization culture, HR governance, HR transformation through digitalization and automation, India capability building, and creating a HR structure and framework that supports growth, scale and diversity.
Neelam Sharma joins Capco from global software company Infor, where she was Bangalore Site HR Head. Prior to that role, she has held HR specialist and generalist positions at Infosys and Kingfisher Airlines.
She holds a Master’s degree in business administration from ICFAI College, and a Bachelor’s degree from SIES College of Commerce and Economics.
