Automobile company BMW has extended its partnership with Accenture Interactive to support the BMW and MINI brands through the delivery and support of content and features across its digital channels.
Accenture Interactive is tailoring digital content to local requirements in multiple languages across 120 countries and delivering relevant advertising across all its channels including search and social.
Accenture Interactive is providing 24/5 Market Coaching and Support Services for BMW and MINI markets worldwide.
BMW will also benefit from Accenture Interactive’s website support service, covering all web platform related questions, issues and queries, said Anatoly Roytman, who leads Accenture Interactive in Europe, Africa and Latin America.
Cathay Pacific uses blockchain technology assisted by Accenture
Tech outsourcing company Accenture will support Cathay Pacific and its rewards program, Asia Miles, for using blockchain technology in a marketing campaign.
The blockchain technology, which is at the core of a new platform, helps improve business efficiency by minimising back-office administration.
The Mobile App has been designed by Cathay Pacific and Asia Miles. It has been delivered by Accenture, using a mixture of deep blockchain, loyalty and aviation industry technology expertise.
Cathay Pacific and Asia Miles are using blockchain technology to provide Asia Miles partners a single data source when managing account activity. This allows Asia Miles, partners and members a near real-time ability to manage rewards, Lawrence Fong, general manager – IT Solutions at Cathay Pacific, said.
