Atento has inaugurated its customer relationship center in Feira de Santana, in the State of Bahía and offers customer experience solutions, cross selling and technical support to leading companies in Brazil.
The third center in the state in the northeast of Brazil provides employment to 2,500 people in the city and operates at 100 percent capacity.
The new center is fully accessible for people with disabilities and has two training rooms, three meeting rooms, three dining and recreation areas, and a reading room in area of 6,000 m2 with two floors.
“We are also increasing our capacity to offer end-to-end solutions adapted to the needs of companies operating in highly competitive environments, environments in which an excellent customer experience becomes the most important source of competitive advantage,” said Alejandro Reynal, CEO of Atento.
In March, Atento opened its new customer relationship center in Campo Grande, in the northwest district of Rio de Janeiro, the eighth center that Atento has opened in the metropolitan area and surroundings of the carioca city.
