ALTEN Calsoft Labs to hire 1,000 employees in India

ALTEN Calsoft Labs today announced the launch of a new 80,000 sq. ft. facility in Bangalore and an Enterprise Solutions Lab to boost technology innovation for its customers.

The company plans to add 1,000 employees by 2016 to strengthen its workforce in delivering digital solutions based on technologies including SMAC, IoT and SDN / NFV. The Bangalore facility has the capacity to accommodate 800+ employees. In addition to Bangalore, it has facilities in Chennai and Mysore.

ALTEN Calsoft Labs, a subsidiary of the €1.5 billion ALTEN Group, offers digital transformation, technology consulting, product engineering and systems integration services. Its digital projects are in healthcare, retail, high-tech and cloud infrastructure markets.

“North America and India are major growth markets for the Alten Group. This new ALTEN Calsoft Labs facility in Bangalore, reinforces our commitment for the past 6 years, to invest and strengthen our skill base in India to support our global and local customers,” said Gerald Attia, deputy CEO of Alten Group.

Ramandeep Singh, CEO of Alten Calsoft Labs, said the Enterprise Solutions Lab will focus on creating innovative solutions focus on big data analytics, IoT, mobility and cloud computing across different verticals.
