Infotech Lead India: Serco, the FTSE 100 international service company, has appointed Alpna Khera as Chief Executive, India, for its India Frontline Services business.
In her role as chief executive, Khera will be responsible for developing Serco’s front-line services business in India with particular focus on Transportation, Healthcare and Education services.

Khera will also serve as a member on Serco’s regional AMEAA Board. Serco AMEAA is one of the four divisions of Serco Group, covering Africa, Middle East, Asia and Australasia. With a growing workforce of 13,000 people, Serco AMEAA provides front line services across Justice, Immigration, Transport, Integrated Facilities Management, Aviation, Defense, Health and Technology sectors.
Khera already has a substantial presence in India with over 40,000 people delivering Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to both international and domestic customers from 42 centers across the country, part of Serco’s global BPO capability.
Khera joins Serco from GE, where she had a successful 11 year career, the last 5 years of which was with GE transportation and prior to that with GE Energy.
