Accenture Acquires MOBGEN
IT outsourcing company Accenture announced its deal to acquire MOBGEN, a digital services company.

The Netherlands- headquartered MOBGEN utilizes mobility strategy, creativity and technology to deliver solutions that drive engagement for global brands with their customers, employees and partners.

MOBGEN has over 160 employees and develops solutions with a focus on the user experience, for both mobile devices and the Internet of Things (IoT). MOBGEN solutions include advanced analytics to provide user behaviour insight, and analyse data regarding solution performance.

Aegon, one of MOBGEN’s first corporate clients and an investor in the company, has sold its shares to Accenture, and MOBGEN will now operate as part of Accenture Digital.

Jack Ramsay, senior managing director, Accenture Digital, said: “Mobility solutions must support overall business strategies, and be wholly integrated with back-end systems to ensure data-driven personalised services can be delivered to users.”
