Accenture buys Concrete Solutions to enhance digital deals in Brazil

Accenture Concrete SolutionsTechnology outsourcing company Accenture has acquired Concrete Solutions, a Brazilian IT company, as part of its strategy to enhance digital transformation deals.

The acquisition of Concrete Solutions enables Accenture to manage relationships with organizations in Brazil and bag more digital deals in Latin America.

Founded in 2001, Concrete Solutions specializes in applying Lean and Agile software-development methodologies to develop cloud-based mobile solutions and web applications.

Concrete Solutions has more than 400 employees across three locations in Brazil. “Since its inception, Concrete Solutions has been delivering innovative digital experience solutions and services to large corporations,” said Ansano Baccelli, a managing director at Accenture and Accenture Technology lead for Brazil.

The acquisition expands Accenture’s technology capabilities including Agile and DevOps, enhancing its ability to help clients leverage emerging technologies to meet their digital-transformation needs, improve their business performance and create new opportunities for growth.

“The acquisition of Concrete Solutions is another indication of Accenture’s commitment to the local market, following the opening of our Innovation Centers in Recife and Rio de Janeiro and the expansion of our digital agency, Accenture Interactive, in Brazil,” said Leonardo Framil, Accenture’s country managing director for Accenture Brazil.
