Wipro Technologies signs deal with Pingar for unstructured data management

Infotech Lead India: Pingar, a New Zealand-based provider of unstructured data management solutions, has signed partnership agreement with Wipro Technologies.

Wipro Technologies and its enterprise clients will have increased ability to manage unstructured data to gain efficiency and improve the quality of business processes, collaboration and content management programs.

Anurag Srivastava, CTO, Wipro Technologies, says the ability to integrate Pingar’s API with existing enterprise systems, and extend their capabilities to gain efficiencies and strategic knowledge from unstructured data, represents a rich area of value to Wipro customers.

The strategic partnership represents an efficient OEM channel for Pingar, providing access to a network of clients in a number of regions worldwide, in industries including aerospace, banking, consumer goods, government, manufacturing, medical devices, natural resources, professional services, retail, telecoms and utilities.

Peter Wren-Hilton, CEO of Pingar, says Wipro’s customer base aligns with its strategy to establish a significant global network with feet on the ground in each major region.

Wipro Technologies recently formed a strategic partnership with SuccessFactors, an SAP company. Wipro will become a Strategic SuccessConsulting Partner helping to market and provide consulting and implementation services for SuccessFactors Business Execution (BizX) suite globally.
