CSPs are ramping up investments in in-house AI chips, with Google leading shipment volumes in 2024. However, AWS is projected to surpass with a YoY growth rate above 200 percent in 2024 and over 70 percent in 2025, driven by its focus on Trainium chips for public cloud infrastructure and e-commerce applications.
