The company reported first-quarter revenue of $9.8 billion, up 8 percent year-over-year, alongside strong growth in subscription and support revenue. What stands out is how AI-driven innovations, such as Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Customer 360, are now deeply embedded in Salesforce’s offerings, driving customer adoption and creating new value streams.

The momentum behind Salesforce’s AI push is evident in its business highlights: Data Cloud and AI annual recurring revenue has surpassed $1 billion, marking a 120 percent year-over-year increase. Nearly 60 percent of Salesforce’s top 100 deals in Q1 included AI and Data Cloud components, demonstrating how AI has become central to Salesforce’s enterprise value proposition.

The success of Agentforce, with over 8,000 deals closed since launch, and Salesforce’s ability to handle 750,000 support requests — reducing case volume by 7 percent — highlights the tangible impact of AI in automating tasks and enhancing efficiency.

Salesforce’s strategy of creating a unified enterprise AI platform is clearly resonating with customers. By seamlessly integrating AI capabilities across its product suite — including Tableau, Slack, and the upcoming Informatica acquisition — the company is empowering customers to build digital labor forces that drive productivity, lower costs, and accelerate growth. This AI-driven approach not only strengthens Salesforce’s competitive edge but also expands its total addressable market.

The financials reflect this momentum. Salesforce achieved 32.3 percent non-GAAP operating margin and generated $6.5 billion in operating cash flow. With the Data Cloud ingesting 22 trillion records — a 175 percent year-over-year surge — Salesforce is cementing its role as a critical data and AI partner for businesses of all sizes.

Looking ahead, Salesforce’s raised revenue guidance to $41.3 billion at the high end for FY26, along with stable operating margin and cash flow expectations. The company’s commitment to AI, data unification, and operational excellence is driving sustainable revenue growth, and the acquisition of Informatica is poised to further enhance its AI-powered data capabilities.
