Microsoft in AI deal with Marks & Spencer

Microsoft software for enterpriseBritain’s Marks & Spencer has signed a partnership with software major Microsoft to test artificial intelligence (AI) technologies at the retailer’s stores and operations. Microsoft’s AI engineers work with M&S’s engineers to examine how the AI technology can benefit customers and increase efficiency in its business.
