Hakkoda contributes a portfolio of generative AI-powered tools that accelerate data modernization and complements IBM’s consulting strength in sectors like financial services, public sector, and healthcare. The company will also support IBM’s AI-powered delivery platform, IBM Consulting Advantage.

With this acquisition, IBM aims to deliver faster value to clients undergoing AI-driven transformations. Hakkoda’s CEO Erik Duffield emphasized their commitment to shaping the AI era and highlighted the alignment with IBM’s innovation-driven approach.

Hakkoda holds numerous SnowPro certifications, is a 2024 Snowflake Healthcare & Life Sciences Services Partner of the Year, a 2023 Snowflake Americas System Integrator Innovation Partner of the Year, and an advanced-tier AWS partner.
