AI-powered sales productivity solutions provider Cien has appointed Lisa Cook as chief operating officer – responsible for providing the operational infrastructure for the US-based company.
Lisa Cook will also be responsible for optimizing the operations and delivery of the business to deliver maximum value for customers. The AI company said Lisa Cook earier worked with technology providers RealPage, SOURCECORP and professional services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Based in Dallas, TX, Cook is a Certified Public Accountant and an MBA graduate of Texas A&M University.
Cien co-founder Margot Carter said: “Cien has enjoyed exponential growth over the last year and Cook’s appointment helps us continue on this trajectory while ensuring we deliver the best possible service to our growing customer base.”
Cien has closed a second round of financing from seasoned accredited investors and founding members. The company will use the funds for additional product development, bolster sales efforts and serve customer base. Cien did not reveal details of its fund raising program.
