The acquisition aligns with Travel Token Marketplace’s strategy to build a decentralized travel ecosystem that improves transparency, efficiency, and interoperability among travel service providers. By integrating Chain4Travel’s blockchain development expertise, the company aims to accelerate innovation in digital travel marketplaces. Sphere3D acquires Cathedra Bitcoin data center operations

Sphere 3D acquired bitcoin mining data center operator Cathedra Bitcoin assets for approximately $5 million to expand its cryptocurrency infrastructure operations. The acquisition provides Sphere3D with additional data center capacity and operational expertise for high-performance bitcoin mining. This move supports the company’s strategy to scale its digital asset mining capabilities and improve operational efficiency through dedicated infrastructure. Cathedra’s mining facilities and management systems enable optimized power utilization and hardware performance. The $5 million transaction strengthens Sphere3D’s position in the cryptocurrency mining sector and supports continued investment in blockchain-based computing infrastructure.

First Focus acquires CNX

First Focus acquired managed IT services provider CNX IT to expand its managed services portfolio and strengthen its presence in enterprise IT support and cloud solutions. CNX provides managed IT services including cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure management, network monitoring, and IT consulting for business clients. The acquisition aligns with First Focus’s strategy to scale its managed service provider (MSP) capabilities and deliver comprehensive technology support solutions. By integrating CNX’s technical expertise and customer base, First Focus aims to enhance service delivery and accelerate innovation in managed IT operations.
